• First frame shows payoff—no logos or slow intros.

3–8 seconds (bridge)

• Fast cut/transition plus one-line context.
• On-screen text or a question to create rhythm change.
• Pair narration with B-roll; avoid static talk-only shots.

8–20 seconds (meat)

• Visual change every 4–5 seconds: new shot, chart, popup.
• Cut filler; keep pace; level audio to avoid jumps.
• Tease “next/ending” with a small sticker to keep viewers.
